Refund & Return Policy

The 14-Day Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return window from the day of package delivery. Because of the nature of perfume raw oils, we can only accept returns for items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original cellophaned glass boxes.
Miniature Sample Exemption
We bundle a matching 2ml sample vial with every full bottle purchase. We recommend spraying the sample vial first to test the scent profile on your skin. If the scent doesn't suit you, you can initiate a return for the unopened full bottle.
Return Logistics
To initiate a return request, please write to saraveperfumes@gmail.com with your Order Number. We will organize a reverse courier pick-up. A flat reverse logistics charge of ₹150 will be deducted from your final credit amount.
Money Reimbursements
Once our New Delhi warehouse receives and audits the returned package (confirming cellophanes and bottles are intact), we will approve your refund. The credit will be routed to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
