Orders placed before 02:00 PM IST are processed and shipped from our New Delhi warehouse on the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the subsequent business day.

Due to the fragility of our custom glass flacons, all perfumes are wrapped in velvet protection cases, double-sealed with moisture-resistant cellophane, and packed in heavy corrugated boxes. In the rare case of transit damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
